Saha's philosophy is that Yoga is for everyone, from whatever stage of fitness and walk of life. We invite experienced Yogis and complete beginners alike to join us in this wonderful journey, deepening connection with body, mind and spirit.
On a retreat we offer separate beginners and intermediate classes where needed so you can feel supported and/or challenged to the appropriate level.
