Within a class Daisy offers a lovely balance between dynamic flow and mindfull stillness, to bring about an experience of inner peace and harmony. Daisy enjoys being creative using various sequences, postures and themes to help deepen our practice and understanding. Classes incorporate philosophy and the spirit of yoga... 'learning to be present on the mat so that we practice being more present and joyful in each moment of daily life'.
Yoga has been a constant part of Daisy's life since 2001 since having a strong experience of how the movement and breath of yoga bring us towards the true nature of our being; happy and peaceful. The main influences of Daisy's teaching style are Sivananda, Scaraveli, Unity, Vinyasa Prana Flow and Anusara.
'I especially love practicing yoga outdoors, under the expanse of the sky with the sounds of nature all around. It is out in nature I feel the deepest sense of unity'.

Daisy's style is fluid, dynamic and always evolving. The class structure will usually start with warm-ups and breathing exercises (known as pranayama) moving toward a flowing sequence of postures to include some static, some stronger and longer and some gentle and deeper stretching. At the end there will always a deep relaxation practice.
