A week away from the pressures of responsibilities is the perfect time to immerse yourself in the practice of Yoga. We offer twice daily Yoga classes on our Retreats The morning classes being dynamic and flowing Hatha/Vinyasa style.
In the evenings we will join together for a Yin/restorative/special focus Yoga class including breathing exercises and Meditation. We invite complete beginners and those with more experience wishing to develop at a supportive pace to join this wonderful journey into deepening connection with body, mind and spirit, in these beautiful areas of the world.
When needed we offer beginners and separated intermediate morning classes depending on the group.
